Army chief to deliver address now at 4pm

Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman’s televised address has been pushed back to around 4:00pm, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
The country’s people have been asked to remain patient till then, it added.
ISPR had earlier said the army chief would deliver the address at 2:00pm.
