This is in crisp VF+ condition and better than the photos show. That is a shadow at the upper left corner, not discoloration. There are no coupons with this certificate. The certificate measures 11 1/2" x 15". Very few Russian issues have vignettes, and when they do, I know of no others that have illustrations this exceptional. This one is nice.

Shipping is .00 via UPS. The inept US post office is now almost shut down when mailing a package. It has taken them over a month to move some we've sent. Tracking means nothing with them, or investigations on "lost" packages.
