    Manufacturers Product Description: The Charles Owen Kontakt 5 Child’s Body Protector* is engineered to give the young rider comfort. It has a slim appearance with tapered shoulders and rounded chest protection panels. Ventilation holes in Coolmax fabric offer superior breathability and comfort. Spinal Grip technology prevents the garment from riding up and allows the rider to maintain freedom of motion. *Beta 2009 Level 3.
    I purchased this new in 2015 for my daughter. She used it in competition only, maybe a dozen times, then grew out of it. It has been stored in her "Tack Box" for the past couple of years--unfortunately, it wasn't stored completely flat, so the internal padding has taken a wavy set. This should not effect comfort, wearability or performance, it is just cosmetic.
    The outside is in excellent condition, no rips or abrasions. The zipper works great, and the velcro is still "sticky". It smells like horse, and is dusty (horse hair included for free!), but otherwise in great shape!
