Founded by "Tabacos de Filipinas"  associated with "Bank of America" and "Marubeni Iida" of Japan for activities focusing on imports for the  automobile industry and electronics .With offices  at 109 Rambla of the studies in Barcelona was the
Tabacos de Filipinas former headquarters .The Roviralta Foundation also was a partner and then becomes a holding with subsidiaries as "Especialidades del Caucho SA"(Rubber Specialties Inc) in this case with partners  of Hannover (Germany) as Continental Gumni
